Described as "California comfort food served with a flair," Louie's sources all local ingredients with an emphasis on local wines.
We love enjoying the Grilled Filet Mignon with a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon while relaxing on their heated veranda. Many of the staff have worked at Louie's for over 20 years and with that experience comes a family-like atmosphere of service. They treat each customer as if you are a guest in their own home. Owner Anne Rizzoli worked as a server and General Manager before she bought the restaurant. Her experience in many different aspects of the dining experience is shown through her attention to detail in providing an exceptional dining experience. Anne and her staff's hard work does not go unnoticed as Zagat consistently rates Louie's as a top 5 restaurant.
If you've never been to Louie's it is definitely a place you need to add to your list. If you have then you know why we consider them among the best restaurants on the Central Coast.
The menu at Louie’s always reflects what is fresh, interesting and visually pleasing. The ambience is cozy and elegant at the same time. But, most importantly, the service is always professional. The wait staff makes a real effort to make you feel welcomed.
Louie’s is an exceptional experience in dining; wonderful food and the outside dining area is wonderful!
Loved the verandah atmosphere and the staff were really pleasant. My pan seared sole dish was delicious.
From a smiling, warm welcome to a perfect creme brulee, our evening was absolutely delightful. The staff was attentive, without being overbearing and we could have licked our plates with such nicely spiced meals. We will definitely return!
Not only did we enjoy a dinner at Louie’s we got to bring our dog Lucy who was adopted from dawg!!
