Arlington Tavern is located at 21 W. Victoria St. in the heart of Santa Barbara’s fine-dining corridor, and only a stone’s throw from the Arlington and Granada Theatres. The Arlington Tavern (AT) offers a superb combination of outstanding food; a comfortable, laid-back setting; and attentive service.
AT’s ambiance exudes a subtle East Coast vibe, with lots of warm wood, stone and brick. Patrons can expect to cozy up at dimly lit tables and corner nooks, surrounded by historical photos that document SB’s beginnings. Most importantly, AT has designed a menu to satisfy a discerning, yet diverse, dining crowd. Starters include a Caesar salad, mac & cheese (shaved truffles adds “mouth watering” status) chopped liver on toast, and salmon tartar, while entrees include filet mignon, halibut, fried chicken, ribs and more. Sides include such things as fresh market produce and heirloom potatoes.
AT’s internationally trained chef, Ron True, seeks out locally sourced ingredients to provide the freshest and tastiest culinary experience for Santa Barbara diners. True’s French Burgundian culinary training is reflected throughout the wholesome mix of seasonal flavors and rich fusion of meats and reductions.
The drinks. AT’s wine list is extensive, sourcing from California’s best appellations to wines from France and New Zealand. The Beer List is 5 Star, whether it is Belgium, Black Lager, Organic English Ale, or White Ale, AT has it covered.
We love AT and hope you’ll agree after enjoying a delicious feast in the relaxing warmth of Arlington Tavern.
