Culinary Arts Training Program to benefit from Bacara Miró Restaurant’s March Promotion

Ten percent of the proceeds from the March promotion from Bacara Miró Restaurant will benefit the Culinary Arts Training Program.  This program is dedicated to providing less fortunate with the opportunity to gain culinary skills to become employable in the restaurant industry.  Here is a description of the program in the words of the staff at Casa Esperanza.

“…Casa Esperanza also recently launched the Culinary Arts Training Program. This program is a 12-week job-training program which prepares participants for a future in the hospitality industry, specifically working in commercial kitchens. Many local businesses like The Bacara, Montecito Country Club, and CKE Restaurants have stepped up to join in making this program a success by offering resources and potential job placements once participants graduate.”
